Seaside Scuba is a boutique scuba diving center in Toucari, Dominica opened in 2026. Seaside Scuba came was brought to life by two lifelong ocean lovers, Canadian Elizabeth Mantin and island local Omaya Armour. Both grew up spending countless hours in and on the water, and their shared passion for the sea inspired them to create a welcoming dive center where visitors can explore Dominica’s world‑class underwater landscapes with comfort, confidence, and personalized care. Seaside Scuba offers a friendly atmosphere, small‑group approach, and commitment to showcasing the best scuba diving Dominica has to offer.
Our international team reflects the global spirit of the diving community. Omaya, our boat captain, brings his Caribbean warmth while Elizabeth, our chief administrator, brings her friendly Canadian hospitality. Gaspar, our primary instructor and guide, brings broad diving experience and strong love of the water with a commitment to teaching and training in a safe and ethical manner. Anna, our guide and instructor in training, is calm, welcoming, and has a devotion to marine conservation.
